SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SHIPPING
Classe Toscana ships throughout Italy including islands and to many locations in the rest of the world.
We ship in Italy with SDA (Poste Italiane) courier and to locations in the rest of the world with MBE. These couriers allow us to guarantee the fastest possible shipping times.
Estimated shipping times are:

2-4 business days for shipments within Italy

2-9 business days for shipments within the EU

6-9 working days for shipments outside the EU
Variables such as order handling time, payment method and courier delivery time must be considered when estimating shipping time.
Orders placed with payment by bank transfer will be processed and shipped upon confirmation of credit at our banking institution.
MODES OF DELIVERY
Class Tuscany offers two modes of delivery:

SHIPPING COSTS
Classe Toscana provides the following shipping rates:
- free shipping throughout Italy
- 16.00€ for shipments to EU countries
- 10.00€ for shipments to non-EU countries
ORDER TRACKING
At any time you can track the status of your order by creating or logging into your account on classetoscana.it.
When your order is processed, you will receive some order confirmation and order fulfillment notifications containing the tracking code of the courier to whom the delivery has been entrusted.
By accessing the courier's page and entering the tracking code, you can stay updated on the delivery time of the products you purchased.
ORDER RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered;
- that no closing materials other than metal staples or tape have been used.
If the packaging shows the slightest sign of damage and / or the number of packages delivered is different from that expected, the Customer must immediately notify the courier of the discrepancies.
To this end, it is necessary to affix the words "Accepted with reservation" on the courier's delivery receipt indicating the reason for such reservation.
Each courier is obliged to acknowledge acceptance with reservation.
In the event that the courier does not grant acceptance with reservation, it is strongly recommended that the Customer contact Classe Toscana by telephone in the presence of the courier. In the event that the packaging shows external damage (holes, folds, dents, cuts, openings or other damage) it is advisable to photograph the packaging before opening. This activity is required for any reimbursement practices to be made against the courier.
Warning
Placing a generic reservation or a reservation without adequate justification, results in non-acceptance from the insurance coverage of the damage.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not object to any dispute about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
INCORRECT OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If products different from what was ordered were delivered when the package was opened, you must call or contact via chat/email the Classe Toscana customer service department by providing the order number and code(s) or model of the delivered product.
Photos of the package received may be requested.
