RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Classe Toscana, your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we promote a "Satisfied or Refunded" policy on all our products.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we guide you step-by-step through the return and refund process, ensuring a simple and worry-free solution.
The customer can then return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt.
WHAT IS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Classe Toscana guarantees the consumer the right of withdrawal in accordance with art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to classetoscana.it a reference of VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without penalty and without prejudice to what is indicated in the following points.
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS APPLICABLE
The right of withdrawal is governed by the following unavoidable conditions:
- The right of withdrawal applies to the purchased product in its entirety; partial withdrawal is not allowed on components or parts of the purchased product (for example: accessories, attached software, etc.).
- Sealed audiovisual products, consumables or computer software (including those supplied with hardware) are not subject to withdrawal once the sealing has been removed.
- Goods must be returned complete and unaltered, included in the original packaging, complete with all its parts (including any documentation and accessories: gaskets, screws, bolts, etc.). To prevent damage to the original package, we recommend that it be placed inside a second box on which the Return Code provided by Classe Toscana should be affixed. Labels or tape should be avoided directly on the original product packaging.
- Returned goods must be stored with normal diligence and must not show signs of wear, damage or dirt that would compromise their integrity.
- The returned product must match the serial number indicated on the Classe Toscana sales invoice. If the serial number does not match, the return will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the customer for collection, consequently cancelling the request for withdrawal.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR WITHDRAWAL
Shipping costs for the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer (Art.67). Until confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, the responsibility for shipping rests entirely with the customer. It is essential that the return number is clearly indicated on the package, which must be received by Classe Toscana within 10 working days.
In the event of damage to the product during transport, Classe Toscana will inform the customer within 5 working days of receipt in our warehouse, allowing him to make a timely claim to the chosen courier and obtain a possible refund of the insured value of the good. In this circumstance, the product will be made available for collection by the customer and the withdrawal procedure will be canceled.
Classe Toscana disclaims any responsibility for damage, theft or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. The costs and choice of shipping method for the return are at the discretion and responsibility of the customer, who will not be compensated in case of loss or damage of the goods.
The returned product must be in impeccable condition, included in the original packaging and complete with all manuals and accessories. If it is not in such condition, Classe Toscana will withhold, upon agreement with the customer, a percentage of the current value of the good ranging from 10% to 50%, depending on the reduced resaleability of the product as new.
WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY
The Right of Withdrawal is governed by the Consumer Code and concerns only distance sales between the seller (classetoscana.it) and non-professional private consumers, so if you are a VAT number or a company, you will not be able to make use of the Right of Withdrawal.
Therefore:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals and companies to whom an invoice has been issued does not fall under private individuals.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply for onsite pickups of goods as they are viewable at the time of pickup.
- The right of withdrawal is not applicable after 14 days after receipt of the goods.
- The right of withdrawal is not applicable in the case of damaged goods that do not conform to the original.
HOW TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL REQUEST
A withdrawal and refund request can be made in 2 ways:
- through the personal account created on classetoscana.it and in automatic mode
- by sending a request to Customer Support via contact form, chat or email
- via registered letter with return receipt to the address Via F. Bertoncini, 17 - 50054 - Fucecchio (FI)
In case of a request via contact form, chat, email or registered letter, it is essential to clearly state:
- article code
- order number
- reason for withdrawal
Otherwise, the withdrawal request will be considered invalid.
WHEN WILL THE REFUND BE MADE?
Classe Toscana will process the refund within 14 days of receipt and verification of the withdrawal request.
The credit note will be issued through the payment method originally used to purchase the products.
The timing of crediting the expected amount may vary depending on the payment method, payment circuits and banking institutions.
